General Electric’s, 12-story, $90 million, Global Operations Center was an anchoring addition to the mixed-use Riverfront Banks Revitalization (Phase II) development between Great American Ball Park and Paul Brown Stadium.
The offices occupy multiple levels featuring large 33,000 square feet floor plates with floor-to-ceiling views on all four sides. The second floor of the building accommodates an extension of resident parking for the neighboring luxury apartment building while the third floor houses GE’s conference rooms and training areas, as well as a fitness center, locker rooms, and showers.
MBJ CINFAB was contracted for the planning, specifying, and installing the HVAC/R system for this 338,000-square-foot, Class A office space project.
