Over the past two decades, MBJ has been a partnering contractor on the many infrastructure projects associated with the evolving Cincinnati Riverfront Revitalization Plan connecting the city’s downtown area to the Riverfront area.
Riverfront Projects include:
Phase I & II
Infrastructure Development integrating the Central Riverfront Intermodal Transit Center Utility infrastructure & foundations for decking over a major thoroughfare into the city’s riverfront street grid.
Phase 3B, MBJ continues its venture partnering on the intermodal parking facilities and related Infrastructure improvements creating the podium on which the Andrew J Brady ICON Music Center is currently being constructed atop.
The result of three phases of infrastructure improvements will create one of the largest contiguous parking facilities that will provide nearly 8,000 parking spaces along the Riverfront upon completion.
Notably, over these construction phases through the course of multiple years’ worth of redevelopment, there has been no loss time incidences.
During Phases I, II, and 3B of this massive development plan, the MBJ team has provided services in the areas of:
Construction Management Services
On-site Administrative Assistance
