Hollywood Park/ Sofi Stadium

Project Description

Hollywood Park spans approximately 300 acres and is central to the Westside, South Bay, and greater Los Angeles communities. This project is anchored by a 500,000 square foot retail and an entertainment district, luxury apartments, and office campuses.

On the northern quarter of Hollywood Park is SOFI Stadium the new home to the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams and Chargers. Reinventing the stadium experience, SoFi is one the most advanced large-scale stadiums of its kind. 
This unprecedented mixed-use development features retail, commercial office space, a hotel, residential units, and outdoor park spaces. SOFI is slated to host Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football National Championship Game in 2023, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. 
MBJ services for both phases of this redevelopment project include
Moving from one phase to the next, MBJ continued hoist operations and vertical transportation of materials as well as carpentry.
